Warren has made a career in investment banking for over 30 years, working with two boutique firms and on Wall Street. He specializes in mergers and acquisitions, and has been the lead banker on M&A transactions of approximately $1.5 billion in aggregate value. His clients are entrepreneurs and family-owned businesses, as well as public and private equity owned companies. He was President of Green Manning & Bunch for nearly 10 years, leading one of the most well-respected boutique investment banking firms in the western US.

Warren is a recognized expert in the industry and a frequent speaker on M&A and capital raising topics. He’s a Director of the Denver Botanic Gardens Endowment and Chairman of the Investment Committee. An avid collector of Burgundy wines, he’s the Grand-Senechal of the Confrérie des Chevaliers du Tastevin, Sous-Commanderie of Denver.
