Peakview Partners, a Colorado-based boutique investment banking firm known for its high-touch, partner-led approach, announced today that Dan Reeb has joined the firm as an Equity Partner. Dan adds deep transaction experience, a broad network of relationships and an operator’s perspective as Peakview continues to expand its reach and transaction activity.

Peakview’s partners first identified Dan several years ago as someone whose disciplined approach to client service, collaborative and personable style and broad experience aligned closely with the firm’s culture. When the opportunity arose to work together, Peakview moved quickly to turn that longstanding respect into a partnership.

“We have been very intentional and deliberate about growing Peakview with people who share our standards and our approach to serving clients,” said Warren Henson, Partner. “Dan has long stood out to us as a natural fit. He brings deep investment banking experience and a broad network of trusted relationships to Peakview Partners. We are excited to enter the next phase of the firm’s growth strategy as we continue to broaden our reach, strengthen our team and build for the future.”

Dan brings more than 25 years of professional experience spanning investment banking, accounting and operating leadership. Throughout his career, he has advised business owners, management teams and investors on mergers and acquisitions, capital raising and other strategic transactions across a range of industries. His background as an investment banker, CPA and advisor in complex M&A litigation matters gives him a distinct perspective on challenging transaction and client situations.

“What attracted me to Peakview was the combination of exceptionally experienced senior bankers, a model in which partners remain deeply involved with clients from beginning to end, and an entrepreneurial culture where I can help shape the firm’s continued growth,” said Dan. “We share a high standard for both the quality of the work and the way clients are served. I’m excited to help expand the firm’s relationships and transaction activity and contribute to Peakview’s continued growth.”

Since joining the firm, Dan has already originated and is leading two client engagements in healthcare services and niche technical consulting services.

Peakview is also looking to expand its professional team with experienced investment bankers in key markets who bring strong transaction experience, established professional networks and a proven ability to source new client relationships. Peakview’s bankers operate as an integrated team providing clients with consistent senior-level engagement while giving experienced professionals the opportunity to take on increasing leadership responsibility and progress toward partnership over time.
